Aseptic Blow Fill Seal (BFS) Machine for LVP/ LVA
A single cyclic process for the production of large volume articles which is produced by blowing, filling and hermetically sealing in a single step. The entire process is carried out in a specialised fully automatic single cycle in a controlled environment to produce a variety of end user articles, applications or products. The benefits of the technology is that contents can be filled in the packaging without any exposure to external and alien environment, thus increasing the sterility and shelf life of the product. The packaging can also be designed into different methods with the option of tops as desired. Specialized machine can also be provided to incorporate the use of Euro Cap.
